Managerial process
The company managed by a Board of Directors. Board of Directors consists of two members including Chairman. The Board is assisted by a secretary. The Board prescribes the policy matter and supervises the activities and performance. The day to day management is vested to the management team which consists of Sr. General Manager, General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Marketing Manager, Personnel Manager, Finance Manager, Resident Manager, Operation Manager, Manager – Technical and Special Products, Manager Engineering, Sales Manager, Audit Manager etc.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS:
The crude oil is the principal raw material used in this industry. Refining of crude oil will be continuous and will involve following steps:
a. Continuous vacuum drying to remove excess moisture content
b. Continuous bleaching with activated earth for absorption of colours, impurities, pigments, oxidation product, trace gum, etc.
c. Deodorization and physical neutralization with dry air free live steam under very high vacuum and high temperature to remove free fatty acids mono and di-glycerides, aldehydes, ketones, sulphur compounds and decomposition products.
